Serenitea

This tea helped me with some light indigestion and made me feel nicely warm and fuzzy. It has a lightly sour taste probably due to the chen pi and shan zha, and goes well with meals. Highly recommend this blend!

Every time I feel a breakout coming on, I make a pot of this tea. *I also dap a bit on the spot for added benefit. Since regularly drinking "beautiful you", I have noticed that my skin clears up quickly and has a nice glow to it. The flavour of this tea is so delicious I find myself craving it. Lastly, like the name, the tea IS beautiful, both dry and brewed.

This tea is so yummy, the goji berries gives a little sweetness so you don't need to add any honey. It has also helped me relax when I'm feeling a little anxious.

My partner and I have incorporated this tea into our nightly wind down; which usually includes a relaxing tea, deep conversations and 45minutes of technology-free time. We have both noticed a huge benefit from drinking this tea before bed, our bodies are relaxed, the mind is clear & present, and falling asleep has never been better for myself.

I have tried the Energy herbal tea blend for 2 weeks and I must say that the tea is like a warm internal hug. I have turned to this tea to give me a boost of energy to get me through the afternoon/evening. I also noticed that it has not effected my ability to fall asleep at night which usually happens when I drink coffee past 4pm.

Love this tea blend! It gives you a gentle boost of energy to get you through the day. It also tastes good and the cinnamon twig adds a little spice, yum!
