Cancelations 

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change any details or cancel the order. Please ensure you check all details including name and address given are correct.

Lost Items 

If items are lost in the post Health Infinitea reserves the right to send out a replacement. Items that are delayed, are not covered for a refund if they are successfully delivered even though not on time.

All items purchased from Health Infinitea are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We pass all items onto the carrier that you chose upon checkout of our product - if they lose your parcel, you must contact them and seek compensation. The details of the shipping company responsible for your parcel will be stated on your tracking link.

All our delivery services are chosen for their ability to provide a quality service, if you are unhappy with the delivery of your product as per your shipment contract outlined above, please contact the postal company in charge of shipping your parcel first.

Once you have contacted the shipping company, should they have failed to resolve your issue please email us at info@healthinfnitea with all relevant communication you have had with the postal service.

Delivered Package Notification But No Delivery 

If you have received a notification from the postal services or Health Infnitea saying that your order has been delivered, but you do not physically have the package, please contact the assigned postal carrier as per tracking link as they are whom have delivered your package. Also, check for a collection slip as more often than not a collection slip has been left for you to collect your parcel from the post office. Check with people your trusted neighbours; they may have picked it up.

If you receive a collection slip to pick up your parcel from the nearest post office, please do so as soon as possible or it will be sent 'return to sender.' and you will be responsible for postage charges for Health Infinitea to return the parcel to you. Refunds will not be issued.

If your tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered, Health Infinitea is not responsible for replacement and / or refund of the purchased order.

Address Change/ Delivery Delays

We are unable to redirect orders to another address once they have been dispatched.

*Health Infinitea always makes every effort to dispatch your order in a timely manner, however we are not liable for delayed or lost shipments.

Orders 

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being received. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed on Monday. You will get an email when your order is shipped with tracking link.
