Returns

Health Infinitea will accept returns only for damaged goods that are not opened. Due to TGA and FDA regulations worldwide we are not able to accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the efficacy of our tea blends. Any customer who is concerned their product is damaged or faulty can contact us via email at info@healthinfinitea.com. 


We do not have a 'money back guarantee' policy. If the tea didn't meet your needs we will not issue refunds as we acknowledge every body is different and therefore may react to the health benefits of ingredients differently.
